FEES

I have two set fees which cover all my services:

£65 for 55 minutes, which is suitable for individuals, partners, couples and families, or

£85 for 85 minutes by arrangement, which is suitable for couples, partners and families.

Fees are payable 48 hours in advance of each session.

I take payments in 3 ways:  via bank transfer into my bank account, via Sumup mobile payment link for which you can use a credit or debit card, or via Paypal.

For Paypal, you can use the following link:  https://www.paypal.me/cftherapy.   Payments via Paypal will show up as CFTHERAPY on your bank statement.  Contact me directly for bank details or mobile payment links.

I am based in South Derbyshire but work online with clients from all over the UK.

My therapy room address is: The Wellness Zone, Manorfields Clinic, 1 Hallcroft Avenue, Overseal, South Derbyshire, DE12 6JF. If you wish to have face to face counselling I will send you a specific document with more information.

WEBCAM & TELEPHONE COUNSELLING

I offer all my therapy services via webcam and telephone, which provides an opportunity to explore your personal difficulties from a safe or comfortable space.

For webcam appointments I use the Zoom platform, which is easy to use.  If you are happy to use this then I will email you a link to each session which will download the free software which offers end-to-end encryption for safety and security.  For more information, please request my “How to Use Zoom” document.  If you prefer to use Skype or another webcam platform then we can discuss this during the free 15-minute consultation.

For telephone counselling I will call you at the appointment time using the number you have given me.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

I will do my utmost to ensure I create a safe, confidential and secure space for you to explore your emotional wellbeing, using encryption and secure software.  However I cannot ever 100% guarantee that online or telephone communication is secure.  See my Privacy Policy document for more information.    

EMERGENCY CONTACT

I don’t provide an emergency or crisis service for clients.  In the event of an emergency arising whilst we are working together or if you were experiencing suicidal thoughts, I would discuss appropriate support with you that you could access during this period.  If you found yourself in a major crisis and were considering serious self-harm it would be vital to get immediate help. This could include contacting your GP, or your nearest accident and emergency service (A & E).  You could also call the Samaritans on 116 123 or email jo@samaritans.org (email emergency support).
